In order to\u00a0capture an extensive synopsis of different \u201csocial displays\u201d, a comparative empirical approach is chosen. On the basis of a multidimensional sampling scheme, contrasting single case studies on EDTs\u2019 indicative behaviour and appearance shall be conducted. In addition, interviews and field observations shall be carried out.
